Phased implementation.

This subchapter shall apply on June 19, 2004 to: Department of Health; Department of Human Services; Department of Employment Services; Metropolitan Police Department; District of Columbia Public School System; Office of Planning; Fire and Emergency Medical Services; and Office of Human Rights. This subchapter shall apply as of October 1, 2004 to: Department of Housing and Community Development; Department of Mental Health; Department of Motor Vehicles; Child and Family Services Agency; Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration; and Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs. This subchapter shall apply as of October 1, 2005, to: Department of Parks and Recreation; Office on Aging; District of Columbia Public Library; Office of Personnel; Office of Contracting and Procurement; Department of Corrections; Department of Public Works; and Office of Tax and Revenue. This subchapter shall apply as of October 1, 2006 to all covered entities.
