Posting notice of petition.(a) After you file a petition, when appropriate, the FLRA will direct the agency or activity to post copies of a notice to all employees in places where notices are normally posted for the employees affected by issues raised in the petition and/or distribute copies of a notice in a manner by which notices are normally distributed.
Contents of notice.(b) The notice must advise affected employees about the petition.
Duration of notice.(c) The notice must be conspicuously posted for a period of ten (10) days and must not be altered, defaced, or covered by other material.
