§ 2422.25 When does the FLRA tally the ballots?

Tallying the ballots.(a) When the election is concluded, the FLRA will tally the ballots.

Service of the tally.(b) When the tally is completed, the FLRA will serve the tally of ballots on the parties in accordance with the election agreement or direction of election.

Valid ballots cast.(c) Representation will be determined by the majority of the valid ballots cast.
